Scope

Non-UI runtime implementation in shell, Python, TypeScript and Go within the delegated item's requirements. UI view layers and Rust implementation stay with their owners.

Discipline

• Read the project's architecture docs before changing a module boundary. Change architecture only when the item requires it. Otherwise preserve the documented boundaries and return any needed redesign to the caller.
• Follow code-quality for implementation standards.
• Follow dev § Round Contract and the delegated workflow for validation, commits and the completion artifact.

Output

What changed, which checks ran, their results, and any architecture change the caller must authorize.
